Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and availability.

Please note that due to current geopolitical restrictions, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

All shipments are sent with the required customs documentation. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date the order is delivered.

Returns are accepted only if a return request is submitted and approved within 14 days.

Items returned after this period or sent without approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please submit a return request within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos showing:

• The product tag
  
• The item itself
  
• The visible defect or issue
  

Once the return is approved, a return label will be provided, and a refund will be issued after the item has been received and inspected.
